  • Showcasing CUA Alumna's Art

    The Sacred in the Modern features the art of Helen Schrider Higgins, who earned her B.A. in 1952 and her M.F.A. in 1955, studying under internationally known faculty artists, Kenneth Noland and Alexander Giampietro. Her art works (sculpture, ceramics, sketches), both secular and biblical in theme, combine traditional narrative with modern form.
    Exhibit:  10/4/2021-1/9/2022; May Gallery, Mullen Library
    Reception:  October 28th, 4-7pm.  Refreshments will be served.

  • Rare Book & Manuscript Exhibit

    Thomism Through Time, an exhibit featuring rare books and medieval manuscripts associated with the works of Thomas Aquinas,  is on view in Mullen Library, Main Reading Room, September 24-November 23. A panel discussion, in partnership with the Thomistic Institute,  is scheduled for September 24.
